[daip] IM2UV trouble

Good afternoon,

I am trying to use IM2UV to make a UV file of my final single dish maps.  I have 
added a stokes axis and made sure I had a frequency axis so that IM2UV could 
perform its tasks on my map cube.  The error I am getting on my message server 
is:

IM2UV1: MINIT: OP WRIT ERROR IN WIN,LX,LY=

IM2UV1: PASS2: INIT ERROR      1 FILE DA01:SCDOOUOO1.013;

What is a 'OP WRIT ERROR IN WIN,LX,LY' and how do I fix it??  If you need more 
information I will be more than happy to provide it.
