[daip] (very) minor AIPS bug

Hi,

every time I run VLOG I find that it leaves the data in 'READ' status after it
completes (even when no errors are reported). Although CLRSTAT fixes it fine,
it is a minor inconvenience when scripting. Not a big deal, but I thought you
might like to be aware of it.
