      I do not know why the compiler aborts itself on this task.
Unless your researcher is doing astrometry with the Haystack software
package he will not need this task.  Put a - sign in column one of the
$TST/$ARCH/INSTALL/APGNOT.LIS file listing this task and restart
install.pl.  It will not compile this problematical task but no one
will notice.
