[daip] Linux for AIPS

So far as I know AIPS runs fine on any Linux.  Our system managers
have chosen RedHat Enterprise and so that is where the aips is most
tested and where the binary load modules are prepared.  But we have
had no complaints from any of the modern flavors of Linux.
