Not really - perhaps Wes when he gets back on-line will.  Nothing
should be using our Inet ports assuming that you changed the
assignments as the aipsmgr web FAQ suggests.  You could try using a
different number than 5000 for sssin in /etc/services - and check for
anything else also assigned 5000.
