The issue with CQ tables is more general - AIPS (and FITS at some
level) have little way to tell a 1-D array in a table cell from a 2-D
array.  In CQ tables the array is 8 characters * n IFs, but all
general routines know is that it is 8 * n characters.  TABCQ handles
it right but it confused PRTAB, TBIN, TBOUT and Walter.  We do have it
working for him with a revised TBIN file abd VBGLU should be
straightforward enough.  Amy and I will debate who does it.
