[daip] GC tables and VBGLU

I'm not an expert on GC tables, but based on the following message:
PARALL> APCAL1: Task APCAL (release of 31DEC06) begins
PARALL> APCAL1: Writing SN table 12
PARALL> APCAL1: AMPCAL: NO GAIN FOR ANT: 1 POL: 1 IF: 3
PARALL> APCAL1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes
I gather that the GC tables are IF dependent. Attempting APCAL after
VBGLU fails, apparently because the GC table doesn't have values for more
than 2 IFs. EXPLAIN VBGLU says:
VBGLU then copies those tables that have no IF dependency. It then
takes the tables that do have arrays that depend on IF and performs an
analogous operation to that done on the uv-data. The tables from the
first file are taken to be the master representations and the others
are merged with them. The tables that are bonded in this way are:
AT IM CL SN MC TY PC BP BL SU
If there is a significant mismatch between the tables a warning
message is issued, but the merged table is retained.
GC is indeed not in this list. For this experiment I was able to load
vlba_gains.key and was able to proceed from there.
If possible, could GC tables be merged during VBGLU?
