[daip] AIPS Editr Flagging Issue

Dear AIPS programmers,

I've notice some strange behaviour when using Editr to flag bad data. 
When I flag data in one source, data in other sources within the same 
sequence (using the same flagging table) also become flagged, even 
though I have only flagged data for one particular source.

This is a serious problem, because after I have flagged 20 sources, a 
significant amount of good data becomes flagged in the other 170 
sources. I've attached a PDF document which briefly describes the 
problem and gives a working example.

Let me know if there is a quick solution to the problem, be it a 
workaround or an update to the aips package that we use here,
