Dear Wu,

There are many things that might have gone wrong when you tried to do 2
different scans to get the manual phase-cals. I recommend you use
VLBAMPCL. This is a procedure that does everything very carefully and
correctly. To get this procedure type "RUN VLBAUTIL" which will load
it. Then see the help file to see how to use it, you can put in the two
time ranges and it will run FRING twice and run CLCAL. Even though
these procedures were meant for the VLBA, many, including VLBAMPCL, will
work fine on EVN data. Make sure to do the amplitude calibration first.

Just a word of advice, type "COMPRESS" after you load VLBAUTIL, and you
only need to do a "RUN VLBAUTIL" once in each window you are running
AIPS. If I am not being clear enough or you have any more questions,
feel free to e-mail us again.

Cheers,

Amy
