Dear Professor,
I have a problem with APCAL in performing the amplitude calibration.
I want to compare the gain of using the system temperature with
that of using antenna temperature. But, I can not find the reason why 
the results are different by these two ways. 
I am attaching this email the parameters I chose (both without
correction for atmospheric opacity) and the respective external files read by ANTAB.

So, could you please do me a favor to give me some explanation on this?
