[daip] why aips works here

AIPS works here because the actual libraries included in the load
modules may be reached from any machine in our aips-using LAN.  The
MNJ here is not binary and so the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not actually set,
but things works any way.  The rest of the world, that cannot reach
these libraries, have to set them via calls to LOGIN.SH preferably in
the user's login script.

This does make the point that those libraries must remian reachable.
