[daip] strange error message in aips 31DEC02

Yes - the adverb VERSION appears to be corrupted.

Inside aips type VERSION = ' '

Then inputs, go etc should work.

Be sure to exit cleanly so that this fix gets in the LASTEXIT save/get
file.
