Mostly I find vague remarks about failure, but

1. Greg had CALIB find solutions for IF 1 and flag or ignore the other
   IFs

2. Several users reported that tasks that apply calibration, e.g.
VPLOT, UVPLT, TVFLG   "FIND NO DATA"

That could be a simple no-opt fix if I had debuigged for it  (3.2.2
had something similar that I found)

3. I also had a more disturbing thing in a deep Clean using 3.3.1
where the answers under optimization seemed subtly wrong compared to
previous versions and to 3.3.1 no-opt.

Errors 1 and 2 should have been obvious although perhaps you do not
have multiple IFs.
