I am unable to reproduce your errors with AM442_2 in aips versions
going back to 31DEC02.  The 3 versions 31DEC03, 31DEC04, and 31DEC05
all seem to produce the same results.  31DEC02 seems to have a problem
and only reads a couple of 1000 visibilities rather than > 18000.  It
does not know that it had an error.  We probably did not apply the
patches to 31DEC02 that were announced.  Perhaps you should update
your version of aips, see

I suspect that you do not have the final version 31DEC03 but some
development stage along the way.
