[daip] TV server doesn't work in aips

The compilation of XAS depends on the directory, usually a soft link,
named /usr/include/X11.  It is on our machines:

X11 -> ../X11R6/include/X11/

Perhaps all you are missing is the link file?

You must install the X11 developers RPM not just the X11 RPM.
