reworded a little, UVCON mentioned, and a this page deliberately left
blank page at the end.


A couple of thoughts of things to mention

1. Some people have trouble believing how easy it is to install the
binary version - maybe repeating some stuff here might help.

2. My WCS Paper III has passed the regional FITS Committees and will
go to the journal sometime soon.
