Some module did not compile.  cd to $TST/$ARCH/INSTALL and do the grep
recommended above.  This will show which Z routine did not compile.

Then look into the INSTEP2.LOG file and find the section for the
failed routine.  You could send me that (it should not be more than a
few 100 lines).  Then maybe I can help you.
