I was not entirely correct - I presumed flagging in RR had worked
using amplitude clipping, but still the values were over 150 mJy.
It appears this particular data set didn't have high values apart
from LL/IF2. Switching off flagging I get:

stok'rr';bif 1;eif bif;go
WIPER2: PLOTUV: X axis in Kilo Wavlngth 0.000E+00 1.859E+02
WIPER2: PLOTUV: Y axis in MilliJanskys 0.000E+00 1.648E+02
bpar(3) 1;bpar(6) .150;bpar(7) .2;go
UVPLT2: PLTUV: 15 Points plotted
UVPLT2: PLTUV: 2249985 Points did not fit

stok'rr';bif 2;eif bif;go
WIPER2: PLOTUV: X axis in Kilo Wavlngth 0.000E+00 1.840E+02
WIPER2: PLOTUV: Y axis in MilliJanskys 0.000E+00 1.872E+02
stok'll';bif 1;eif bif;go
WIPER2: PLOTUV: X axis in Kilo Wavlngth 0.000E+00 1.859E+02
WIPER2: PLOTUV: Y axis in MilliJanskys 0.000E+00 1.701E+02
stok'll';bif 2;eif bif;go
WIPER2: PLOTUV: X axis in Kilo Wavlngth 0.000E+00 1.840E+02
WIPER2: PLOTUV: Y axis in Janskys 0.000E+00 5.387E+02

So there seems to be no amplitude clipping at all..
Hope I didn't point you in the wrong direction
