[daip] new version of PBEAM in the system

Juan,

I have modified PBEAM:

1. The first two columns of the input files can be swithed under control 
of APARM(7)

2. The UV data can be excluded  (OUTNAME=''), if a user is not planning 
to attach
    plot files (DOTV.LE.0). 
   However, if  OUTNAME='' and DOTV.LE.0, the task switch DOTV=1 and
   type out the relevant message.

3. Help file is modified including reminder that PBEAN can work only 
with one antenna.

The new version can be available through mnj tomorrow.
