[daip] midnight job fails on Mac powerbook

Hi daip,

   I've not been able to run the midnight job for some months now.  
I thought it was something wrong with my installation so I re-installed
31DEC05 this morning and got the same bad result when I tried to 
run the midnight job:

AIPSUPD - cd /Users/gtaylor/aips/31DEC05/MACPPC/UPDATE
AIPSUPD - RunTime is 20050711.201433
AIPSUPD - LogFile is 
/Users/gtaylor/aips/31DEC05/MACPPC/UPDATE/UPD20050711.201433.LOG
AIPSUPD - ErrorFile is 
/Users/gtaylor/aips/31DEC05/MACPPC/UPDATE/UPD20050711.201433.ERR
AIPSUPD - Using CVS for copying files.
AIPSUPD - calling UPDCVS
cvs update: move away 31DEC05/SYSTEM/UNIX/manl/aips.l; it is in the way
UPDCVS - cvs update of 31DEC05 had abnormal completion
AIPSUPD - UPDCVS failed, Status=1

I've tried moving away the file aips.l, or AIPS.l as it is sometimes
called, to no avail.  Let me know if there is something else I can
try to get this working.  Thanks,
