Dear Vivien, You need to use FILLM to load raw VLA data. Raw VLA data is not in FITS format. See FILLM's help file for details. However, what version of AIPS are you running. The ability of FILLM to read files from disk is newish, if your version of AIPS is more than a couple years old you might not be able to do this. Cheers, Amy
