Not knowing what you mean by "access" I have some trouble answering. 

TVLOD use TBLC and TTRC rather than BLC, TRC.  The plane is chosen by
TBLC(3) in this case.

SUBIM may be used (with BLC, TRC) to separate the 3 planes.

PCNTR and others can actually use the cube to plot I and polarization
without being separated.
