[daip] Parallax data areas

I'm not sure if this is for the aips group or helpdesk to fix.  I have 8 
data areas on parallax, 4 on one disk and 4 on another.  On the big disc:

there are 3 areas that only aips can write to.  Can I have someone change 
the permissions of these directories to allow anyone to write?
