[daip] Help with AIPS -- Latest

Eric,

OK... You can more or less disregard the previous e-mails.  I think we 
sort of figured out what the problem is, however, I am not certain what 
the easiest way to correct it is.  When I start up AIPS, the TEKSRV and 
MSGSRV windows open, but the TVSERV does not.  I get the message:

START_AIPS: I am GUESSING you are at a workstation called phbehar2

START_AIPS:  - with Internet Sockets...
START_AIPS: Starting TPMON daemons on PHBEHAR2 asynchronously...

AIPS 1: You are assigned graphics device/server   1
AIPS 1: Enter user ID number

XASERVERS: Start XAS on phbehar2, DISPLAY :0
/home/mines/bin/aips/31DEC05/SYSTEM/UNIX/XASERVERS: line 206: ./XAS: 
Permission denied

We checked.  The file ./XAS is not an executable file.  Indeed, it is 
completely empty.  Would it be correct to assume that there was a 
problem with the download?  What should/can I do now?  Thank you.
