[daip] Help setting up AIPS...

Hello,

I have installed AIPS on my machine...it is running Fedora Core 3.0 and 
everything seems to work fine except I cant get AIPSTV, AIPSMSG or 
AIPSTEK started...here is the error I get after starting AIPS: 

The name of my machine is actually vis4.gsfc.nasa.gov...this may be part 
of the problem.

I then did the simple diagnostic and found loopback is running:
