[daip] suspected bug in BPASS

Hi DAIP,
I think a combination of some rather scruffy phased VLA data of mine
has revealed a bug in BPASS. Attatched are two POSSM plots showing the
bandpass for the VLA (13) and 3 other antennas for comparison. The one
calibrated with BPASS in 31DEC03 looks unusual, but I think is ok, however
the one calibrated with BPASS in 31DEC05 looks very strange. The data is
on disk 1 on pegasus user 1555. Let me know if you want any further
