[daip] VLBACPOL missing in 31DEC05

Hi Amy,

   I admit that it seems to work in TST now.  Maybe I was just
version confused.  I was switching around for reasons that will
become clear soon.  Lets forget about this non-problem unless
I can get it to repeat.  Ciao,
