[daip] coordinates

Hi,

More and more frequently the archival infrared images that I download
have coordinates of GLON-CAR, GLAT-CAR (MSX, Spitzer, etc). This
is also true of some archival single dish radio images.

The aips task REGRD does not recognize this coordinate system and
thus cannot convert to something more "normal".

(1) Are any of the other options currently available in REGRD
actually the same as "CAR" (so that a change of the header
would solve the problem).

or if not

(2) Would it be possible to add this coordinate system to aips?
