You might wish to check your installation.  I suspect that you used
the binary installation (the $SYSLOCAL directory will have a RSYNC.ME
file of 0 bytes in it).  The Intel compiler version of APCAL aborted
in exactly the place that yours did.  The GNU compiler load module
survived the source-code error.  In any case, if you run the MNJ today
the error will be fixed.
