        FILAIP  Dropped 2 questions - will always do private catalogs
                and 10 tape lock files.  NVOL not needed at all.
        FILAI2  Changed to do private catalogs always - this program
                not used now I think.
        install.pl  - changed its use of FILAIP.
        Moved nowhere.
