[daip] VLAPROCS problem

If nobody else told you, try COMPRESS before
RUN VLAPROCS.

Repeated runs of RUN VLAPROCS leave too much
detritus laying around, and you need a COMPRESS
to get rid of it.  This is likely to fix your problem.

So, POPS isn't python ...
