PUTHEAD with keyword PRODUCT controls this header parameter.  But some
tasks and verbs may also look at the number of clean components and
the clean beam parameters.  IMHEADER looks at the number of Clean
components and 0 => dirty.  IMERG may elliminate all of these
parameters since there are 2 sets of values and neither applies to the
result exactly.
