[daip] MNJ error message

I recently ran the MNJ to update 31DEC04. That completed
successfully. Now MNJ fails for 31DEC05, although I
don't know if this is related to the 31DEC04 update.
Here is what transpires:

AIPSUPD - Using CVS for copying files.
AIPSUPD - calling UPDCVS
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if 
any)
UPDCVS - cvs update of 31DEC05 had abnormal completion
AIPSUPD - UPDCVS failed, Status=1

The LOG and ERR files do not provide any additional hints
as to what happened.
