[daip] SCIMG,SCMAP aborts

SCMAP attempts to determine which data are to be used in doing the
self-cal model.  This requires that there be a model.  With 0
components Cleaned there is no model.  I do not know what the
difficulty is when you do Clean some, but with no Cleaning the program
should have quit on you with a rude message.

I tried the task on some of my data and it ran just fine.
