The "info at nrao.edu" address is the correct one to ask this question
(aipsmail is meant for technical support questions on our AIPS image
processing application suite).

However, I think I can answer your question.  As far as I know there are
no charges for the normal tours performed at both the Green Bank (GBT)
and New Mexico (VLA) facilities.  Our public relations people on the
info at nrao.edu list can clarify if I'm not totally correct.
