{When PRTTP is run with DOWAIT FALSE, AIPS does not actually resume until
 PRTTP has finished.  This is contrary both to previous experience at another
 site and to the documented behavior in section 5.1.1 of the AIPS cookbook.
  
 Relevant adverbs: prtlev -3; docrt 1; outprint '<FILE>'; doeot -1; error -1
  
 I suppose that this could actually be a problem with GO, but with other tasks
 AIPS does resume properly when DOWAIT FALSE is set.
