We understand the problem. It is not really the pipeline, as it runs fine
for us (and Greg), but due to an unfortunate combination of choices.

The error you have occurs, because the pipeline intends to use the SU table
in the original multi-source file (catno 514) to find the single-source
files (eg catno 518) to loop over sources to image - that is the intention.  
In your case, you have a multi-source file and a single-source file with
the same name and class, which causes the pipeline to get confused (it gets
#518, the single-source file without an SU table, instead of #514). Your
choice of naming the multi-source file as one of the source names thus
created an unforseen effect in the pipeline logic.

I will fix it in an upcoming new version, but for now, if you rename CATNO
514 to something other than 'NGC4636', I bet it will work fine. 'Zap' files
515-519, do a 'tget vlarun' and a 'vlarun' and wait 2 minutes or so..
