[daip] bif/eif in calib

I've never realized that there are no BIF and EIF selectors in calib
shouldn't they be there? I guess so far I blindly typed them without 
noticing the inputs.. where they were missing
I have a 2IF spectral line data set and want to do self-cal on one
channel in one of the IF's and apply the calibration for that one
channel in that one IF to all channels in all IF's. I can probably go
around it by splitting off the IF's, do a self cal, and copy the SN
table to the other IF.. but I have 24 sources, monitored 10 times...
Anyway, just a thought
