[daip] AIPS on Athlon 64

I now have aips working on my new 64 bit AMD athlon computer.  Its running 
in a 32-bit native mode which runs at full speed but does not take 
advantage of the 64 bit extensions.  I cannot get compiling to work yet, 
but with a few changes it should be possible.  For now, I'm using a copy 
of the LINUX directory from the AOC.
