To debug what is happening you should look at the TY table with PRTAB.
Are there any rows matching the other adverbs to EDITA such as times,
antennas, FQs, Subarrays, etc?

Note that FILLM allows you to set a TY table interval.  For EDITA it
is especially helpful for that to be small.
