If you simply want to clear all messages for that user number,
exit aips.  cd to the first aips data area

ls -l MS*
rm MSDuuu000.uuu\;

where uuu is the user number in extended hex (EHEX nn where nn is the
number in decimal will show you uuu - either as a verb in aips or as a
script in $SYSUNIX).
