Hi Leonia,

   Although DELZN can work on phase, it cannot be used
with this unless there are no lobe ambiguities.  This is
very unlikely with observations over a large range of
elevations.  So, DELZN should be viewed as a delay only
program.

   We talked about including an option in ATMCA which does
what DELZN does - only solve for elevation dependences of
the phase.  This would make it pretty close to DELZN.  In this
mode ATMCA would work on group delays only, which it already
does.
