[daip] clcor with interpol='self' can fail

Two bugs affecting the loop over sources - a premature departure and
some acceptance of the last record as a blanked solution were found.
These will be corrected tomorrow.  Note the base source of trouble was
the absence of TY records for the last scan, leading to no SN records
for the last scan from APCAL.  The new SELF should have handled this
and now does.
