You do not say whether the data are uv data or images.  For either you
can use the verb EPOSW - see its help.  For UV data, after EPOSW you
will need to run UVSRT with ROTATE set to minus the rotation shown in
the header (use GETHEAD for CROTAn where n is the axis with the
rotation for best accuracy).  Then DBCON may be used.  Note that this
is not full astrometric accuracy - but no wide field imaging is.
