[daip] bug in BLCAL (31DEC03)

Hello,

I think I found a bug in 31DEC03/Q/PGM/NOTST/BLCAL.FOR

The variable CMETH in 31DEC03/Q/PGM/NOTST/BLCAL.FOR is declared like
following

      CHARACTER CMETH

while it should be

      CHARACTER CMETH*4

because it has to hold either 'DFT' or 'GRID'.
I noticed this because BLCAL refused to perform a DFT computation of
the model.
