I have putbck a corrected FILLM.  Note that it works on your data set
but produces 3 C-band, 2 X-band, and 3 L-band files rather than the 1
of each that would have been produced earlier.  Also it does not die
at transitions of data type and does not append crazy records at the
ends of CL files.  Due to the time inaccuracy of asking for data over
> 200 days in one run, it is best to set the time increment in CL. TY
etc files to rather less than the on-line integration time.  The
"actual times" of the data will then appear in the CL files.
