[daip] a problem with ANCAL/ANTAB

Hi Victor,

ANTAB has not been changed since 1999 so the 2000 and 2003
versions should be identical.  How did you make the TSYS file?
I would suggest using VLOG rather than hand editing.  The output
from VLOG can be read in by ANTAB.

If the data is from 2001 you should have automatic calibration
transfer, why are you using ANCAL/ANTAB at all?
