[daip] CLCOR option request

For some astrometry / other applications, CLCOR is used to shift the 
position of a source.  This is useful when a better source position is 
derived.  Currently, clcor option opcode='antp' allows a position shift in 
apparent position to be made, but for in the case that the J2000 position 
of a source changes, it is the true position that needs changing.  Could I 
(and Ed) request a new option in CLCOR to do an absolute position shift in 
the J2000 frame (or the frame of the equinox being used)?
