Hi Eric,
  wow, I would *never* have found that!  Good catch.  I bet SETJY was run
with zerosp 14.0 (or whatever), rather than zerosp 14.0,0 ; so the remaining
entries were filled with repeat 14s, which wound up as such in the SU table.
