[daip] FILLM difficulties

Hi Liz,

Jason referred your problem to me.  First off, I know Jason
asked you about this already, are you sure JUNK is an
environmental variable pointing to the correct directory.
Get out of AIPS and do a 'ls $JUNK' and see if the file is
there.  You can also try to put the real directory path (if
it is short enough) in INFILE.

Hi Amy,

Liz Humphreys is having some problems loading her archive data into AIPS.
She downloaded the data off of the web archive.  Below is her Email with
the error she is getting.  I asked her to double-check her alias for 'JUNK'
and I guess she still gets the error.  Can you help?
